Abstract Guidelines & Information

  1. Your abstract will be used in the review process to evaluate your contribution to the workshop. The total length of the abstract is limited to two (2) pages of A4 zise paper. The submitted abstract should contain introduction, motivation, brief review of prior art, the novelty of your work, major achievements supporting evidences, figures/tables, and references. You must not submit materials that has already been published elsewhere, either at a conference on in a journal. The degree of novelty will be one of the major evaluation criteria in the review process. The two-page abstract should be converted into PDF format and submitted electronically.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION
All submissions must be electronic in IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format only and hard copies will not be accepted. All papers must be written in English and limited to two pages including text, references, and figures. Paper content should be original, and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database.

Submission:
  1. 1. Log in to the paper submission system using the link below.
  2. 2. Select Final Paper Submission.
  3. 3. Follow the steps within the submission system, including checking your paper format using PDF eXpress and signing copyright transfer to IEEE.
  4. 4. Make sure the paper is claimed by a full registration author.

 

IEEE PDF EXPRESS CHECK
All submissions will be in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format (*.pdf) passing the IEEE PDF EXPRESS check.

  1. 1. Click for IEEE PDF eXpress with Conference ID: 58218X (available from June 5 till July 25, 2023)
  2. 2. Create or login IEEE PDF eXpress account.
  3. 3. Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
  4. 4. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s).
  5. 5. Upload a PDF file to the submission site that was accepted by e-mail sent from IEEE PDF eXpress.

 

NO SHOW PENALTY
Please note that the symposium reserves the right to exclude a paper from IEEE Xplore after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
